‘Nag’ is a tagalog word which is added to verbs to become a past tense.
- Nagluto na ako. – I cooked already.
- Nagpunta na ako doon. – I already went there.
- Nagbago ka na ngayon. – You changed now.
- Nagbabasa siya ng libro. – He/she is reading a book.
- Nagbigay siya ng pagkain sakin. – He/she gave me a food.
- Nagdadasal muna ako bago matulog. – I pray first before I go to sleep.
