What is ‘Kalbo’ in English?

‘Kalbo’ is a Tagalog word which means in English ‘no hair’.

‘Kalbo’ also called ‘walang buhok’ in Tagalog.

kalbo – bald

                             
kalbong gupit – bald haircut
nawawala na ang buhok – balding
nakakalbo na – going bald
nagsimulang makalbo – starting to lose the hair

 

Example Sentences:

  • Ang tatay ko ay kalbo. My dad is bald.
  • Nakakalbo na ako. – I’m going bald.
  • Kalbo ka na. – You are bald.
  • Hindi pa ako kalbo. – I’m still not bald.
  • Nakakalbo ka na. – You are balding.                       
  • Sa tingin ko nakakalbo na ako. – I think I’m going bald.
  • Ayaw kong maging kalbo. – I don’t want to be bald.
  • Nagsisimula na akong makalbo. – I’m starting to be bald.
  • Napansin ko na ang pangangalbo ko. – I already notice my baldness.
  •
