Gusto ko ang pula na mansanas.  (I love red apples.)

Naging dilaw ang mga mata ko.  (The color of my eyes becomes yellow.)

Berde ang damit ko.    (My dress is green.)

Kulay bughaw ang dugo ko.   (My blood is color blue.)

Ang kulay ng buhok ko ay puti.  (The color of my hair is white.)
