Use ‘may’ in Tagalog Sentences

May tao. – There’s a person.
May kinuha ka sakin. – You’ve got something from me.
May nakita ako kahapon. – I saw someone yesterday.
May kakilala akong katulad mo. – I know someone like you.
May kasalan ka. – You have a mistake.
May kasintahan siya. – She has a boyfriend/girlfriend.
May asawa na ako. – I have a husband/wife.
May bahay ako. – I have a house.
May pera ako. – I have money.
May tanong ako. – I have a question.
May alam siya sa lahat. – He/she knows everything.
May nakuha siya sayo. – He/she got something from you.
May kulang. – Its not enough.
May nanliligaw sa kanya. – Someone is courting her.
